Did you know that Dorot Farm carrots can be purchased at ShopRite? These carrots are grown in Kibbutz Dorot, which was established in 1941 and has been one of the largest Israeli carrot suppliers since then.

 

Wondering how to make use of these carrots? Consider the Spicy Carrot Dip recipe:

 

 

- 1 bag (16 OZ) of Fresh and Sweet Dorot Farm  Carrots, peeled and shredded

- 1/3 cup raisins

- 1/3 chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work best)

- 1 large garlic clove, chopped

- 3 TBS of mayonnaise

- ground pepper as desired

 

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and serve as an appetizer (e.g., with crackers) or as a side dish with your meat or fish entrée.
