Dorot Farm carrots are back at the Grade A Market! 
Wondering how to best make use of them? Here is a Spicy Carrot Dip recipe:

- 1 bag (16 OZ) of Fresh and Sweet Dorot Farm  Carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work best)
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 3 TBS of mayonnaise
- ground pepper as desired
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, serve as an appetizer (e.g., with crackers) or as a side dish with your meat or fish entree, and enjoy!
